2012
December 10- Induction is scheduled for A

December 7- Scheduled to bring A down to our house for a visit

December 4- Scheduled to meet expecting dad K - Canceled 12/3 by edad

November 28- Matt and I meet with expecting mom A and her parents

November 21- "The Call" comes in that our profile was selected by A.

October 17- Final papers completed & mailed to finish renewal paperwork

October 3- Homestudy renewal visit

August 31- Homestudy renewal packet arrives in mail.

August 30- Agency calls to tell us that we were not selected.

August 29- Agency calls regarding a scenario of an expecting mom being induced tomorrow. We choose to have our profile shown for baby girl.

August 24- Agency calls to tell us that we were not selected.

August 23- Our 9 year anniversary. Agency calls with a scenario of a baby born the previous day. We choose to have our profile shown to baby girl.

August 14- Agency calls to tell us that we were not selected by expecting parents for baby boy.

August 8- Agency shows our profile to expecting couple. Our first since becoming actively waiting again. We were notified it was between us and the selected couple.

July 18- Meet with agency to become "active" in the waiting game again.

June 21- Planned day for us to take custody of baby girl. Instead, meet at agency to say goodbye. Have alone time with baby and meet with mom to say goodbye.

June 13- Agency director calls us to inform of us J's decision to parent

June 12- J meets with caseworker and informs her of decision

June 11- Scheduled visit with baby and J

June 11- Legal father signs termination papers

June 9/10- We don't see baby girl

June 8- Birthfather's rights are terminated

June 8- Return to dr. again with J and baby

June 7- We go to baby's check up at dr. with J

June 6- Baby girl goes home from hospital with J

JUNE 4- Happy Birthday Baby Girl!

May 31- Amber goes to Dr. apt. with J

May 26- Amber and B have lunch with J and A

May 24- Amber goes to Dr. apt. with J

May 17- Amber goes to Dr. apt. with J

May 16- Tour of L & D at hospital

May 12- Second false alarm to hospital

May 10- Amber goes to Dr. apt. with J

May 9- First false alarm to hospital

May 6- J meets our extended family

April 29- J comes to our house for the first time

January 29- Sent completed edits in for final review

January 18- Agency responds with edits to profile needed

January 8- Sent the first complete profile draft for review

November 20- Sent rough draft of profile text in for review

November- Met with profile designer

November 1 Home Study part 3 (final)
